This deliverable presents an accurate list of selected indicators for evaluating the energy performance, sustainability and smartness of buildings in the next generation of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Indicators selected result from a recognition of the existing transnational set of indicators. The final list of indicators produced consists of indicators with the prerogatives and the potential to become Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and they represent the starting point for the definition of common transnational indicators and assessment metrics for the E-Passport.
