This document describes the theoretical background, methodology, and calculation steps for the SmartLivingEPC scheme. It is the synthesis resulting from the analysis and unification of the methodological description of each component of the SmartLivingEPC scheme. It is addressed to independent experts eligible to issue energy performance certificates of buildings (i.e., EPB assessors) to facilitate bottom-up implementation of the SmartLivingEPC scheme.
