This report includes the results concerning the current EPC rating schemes and their challenges and opportunities prepared in the framework of the SmartLivingEPC project. The report presents the identification of the current methodology used at the EU level for the EPC definition, a map of the methodology used for calculation methods, the identification of the barriers in each country, and best practices. The analysis was conducted in ten EU countries (Italy, Austria, Greece, Estonia, France, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Germany, and Cyprus).
